1. Prime White White

Purple is the complementary color of yellow. Purple + yellow = brown. So using a warmer purple to get a mix of orange and brown within the shadows. A cold (more blue) purple undercoat will turn the shadows green.

1. Cover with Red Purple Lipstick or Warlord Purple as an undercoat. When combine with yellow the redder purple turns orange.

(Optional) Deepest shadow areas with a wash or contrast Purple Tone to ensure deepest shadows come out to be more of a brown.

1. Zenithal White White (or dry brush) whatever direction you want the light to come from.

The white over the red purple will lighten up to pinkish. Pink tends to be the most recommended undercoat for yellow. If the purple didn't lighten up enough can add a Squid Pink or Fulgrim Pink coating.

1. Coat with a mid yellow. Averland Sunset / Bad Moon Yellow
