- Undercoat with black and then airbrush whole model with Exhaust Manifold
- Paint the weapon and skeleton Black Templar , then paint the face and armour plating Leadbelcher
- Wash the armour plating with Agrax Earthshade
- Paint the barrel of the gun Kantor Blue
- Paint a thick edge highlight Teclis Blue on the barrel
- Thin down Lothern Blue with Lahmian Medium to create a watery glaze and flow into the gaps on the barrel
- Thin down Temple Guard Blue with Lahmian Medium to create a glaze and flow into eyes
- Paint the centre of the eyes Ulthuan Grey
