These are my Custodes, painted to resemble Death Knights from World of Warcraft
- Priming:
Matt Black Undercoat - Blue Armour:
Heavy Drybrush of Night Lords Blue, then lighter passes with The Fang and Fenrisian Grey - Trim and Metal:
Castellax Bronze, wash with Nuln Oil then highlight with Sycorax Bronze. Metal is Leadbelcher washed with Nuln Oil and highlighted with Runefang Steel - Leather:
Rhinox Hide, wash with Agrax Earthshade. Layer Dryad Bark then highlight/light drybrush with Baneblade Brown - Cloth:
Corvus Black, layered with Eshin Grey and then Dawnstone - Flesh:
Rakarth Flesh with a Druchii Violet wash and a highlight of Rakarth Flesh - Bone and Hair:
Pallid Wych Flesh followed by Skeleton Horde for the bone, and Space Wolves Grey for the hair. - Blades and Gems:
White Scar base, followed by Aethermatic Blue
Pick out eyes and gems with Baharroth Blue and drybrush ice/highlight gems with White Scar - Basing:
Abaddon Black rims, with Stirland Mud over the whole base. Then add Valhallan Blizzard up to taste, making sure to catch the feet.
