How I paint my Necrons to start with

Base

1. Base coat with Chaos Black

Drybrushing

1. Heavy drybrush with Leadbelcher focus on the body parts and hit recesses lighter

More base colours

1. Colour in the joints, spine in Black Templar
2. Colour the parts (eyes, symbol on chest, orbs, tubes) with Corax White
3. Hit the parts you painted white before with Tesseract Glow

Shading

1. Shade all parts which are in Leadbelcher with Nuln Oil
2. Shade all glowing parts lightly with Biel-Tan Green

Highlights/Details

1. Light drybrush of all the shaded parts with Leadbelcher
