Blue armor

1. Basecoat the entire model with Deep Ocean Blue
2. Spray Abyssal Blue from above and down to 45°

If you don't own an airbrush you could just skip Step 1 and basecoat the entire model woth Abyssal Blue

1. Shade the entire model with a 3:2 mix of Lahmian Medium and Drakenhof Nightshade
2. Highlight the upward facing surfaces with Tidal Blue

Golden trim

1. Basecoat with Greedy Gold
2. Shade with Warm Skin Shade
3. Highlight with Bright Gold
4. Edge/dot hightlight with Mithril

Tabards

1. Basecoat with Company Grey
