- Spray black
- Drybrush silver on the armored areas with gunmetal
- Apply silver on the swords, spikes and bow handlers with gunmetal
- Basecoat the skin areas with 90/10 jungle green/matt black
- Basecoat cloth with 80/20 dragon red/orc blood
- Basecoat black on extra cloth on arms
- Basecoat oak brown on pikes, bows, arrows and belts
- Stiple on dry rust on weapons, shields and armor
- Nuln oil the armor
- Shade the cloth areas with 30/70 nuln oil/contrast medium
- Layer on highlights on the skin with jungle green, then scaly hide
- Highlight the black cloth, arrows and hair with uniform grey
- Highlight the red cloth with dragon red, then dragon red/phoenix flame
- Add small highlights to the armor
- stiple on 90/10 oak brown/basilisk brown on the bows and pikes
- Create a rock-based base with a canal, paint the canal turqoise and apply water effects
- Use airbrush to spray elemental bolt from the cannal
- Highlight the lightest parts with elemental bolt
