Priming & Spraycans

1. Prime in Chaos Black
2. Spray a Pink/Magenta from below (If no spray paint you can paint the underside or airbrush)
3. Zenithal Wraithbone from above (75° )

Carapace

1. (Optional) Basecoat with leviathan purple
2. Cover Leviathan Purple in Naggaroth Night
3. Drybrush Genestealer Purple
4. Final highlight Slaanesh Grey
5. (Optional) Tidy up any major overspill on skin with Wraithbone
6. Recess shade in between carapace sections with Druchii Violet

Skin

1. Cover skin areas with thinned Skeleton Horde (Dip damp brush in paint, touch off excess on the side, gently touch paint filled brush to water)
   
   Move quickly and do not agitate painted areas, use dampbrush to quickly wick away pooling
2. Shade in between joints, skin splits, taught areas of skin and any wing membranes or tentacles with Carroburg Crimson
3. Lightly hightlight skin with a 1:1 mix of Karak Stone and Pallid Wych Flesh (can use this to tidy up the upwards facing areas of any overspilled Carroburg wash or overbrushing
4. (Optional - Characters etc.) Spot hightlight up to 1:3 mix of Karak Stone and Pallid Wych Flesh
5. (Optional - Characters etc.) Dot highlight Pallid Wych Flesh on any extreme points such as highpoints on the face if visible and not under carapace.

Claws Hoofs and Guns

1. Basecoat in 2:1 Basilicanum Grey : Black Legion for claws and hoofs
2. Basecoat guns in Basilicanum Grey
3. (Optional) light drybrush of Mephiston Red

Brains

1. Basecoat in 2:1 Aethermatic Blue : Lahmian Medium
