Quick and easy base perfect for a red planet/Mars theme. Actual paints don't matter too much, as long as they're red and grey, as it's the pigments that do all the work!

Tidy the rim with   Black  and you're done!You can fix the pigments in place using a pigment binder, alcohol or mineral/white spirit but this can diminish the dusty appearance so I choose not to.
