- Prime Gunmetal
- Basecoat smaller pipes with Hammered Copper
- Basecoat bronze plaques and skull emblems with Bright Bronze
- Basecoat rubber hoses with Mechanicus Standard Grey
- Basecoat destroyed coils with Radiant Platinum
- Wash everything with Agrax Earthshade
- Wash deeper parts of the pipe (but not the rings) with Agrax Earthshade again
- Wet the deeper parts with water and wash them with Rust , while still wet add some areas of Dark Rust
- Apply a very soft drybrush of Bone White to everything
- Heavy drybrush destroyed coil ends with Charred Brown
- Heavy drybrush destroyed coil ends with Black
- Basecoat coils with Ultramarine Blue
- Drybrush two lines of Turquoise onto the coils
- Wash the coils with Green Tone
- Drybrush onto the lines on the coils with Foul Green getting thinner
- Drybrush onto the lines on the coils with Morrow White getting even thinner
