I hope this works? inspired by Mengel's Miniatures guide on the scarlet doom. It looks like a lot but it should come together quickly as it's primarily contrast paints and washes doing the heavy lifting here.

1. Mephiston Red basecoat all over
2. Carroburg Crimson wash all over "blood" portion
3. Wild Rider Red highlight
4. Troll Slayer Orange fine highlight
5. Blood Angels Red glaze, thinned with water or Lahmian Medium as a tint
6. Magos Purple , Leviathan Purple or Volupus Pink on the cloaks as you want.
7. Nuln Oil wash on the cloak, mind the pooling
8. Next, apply a highlight of Mephiston Red and Hexed Lichen in a 50:50 mix, playing with the ratios to get an actually brighter highlight.
9. Gold mixed with Liberator Gold for the bones and blades
10. Stormhost Silver applied in scratchy highlights on the bones and blades
11. Seraphim Sepia to shade the gold
12. Abaddon Black on the weapon hafts/wood
13. Celestra Grey highlight on the black
14. Blood For The Blood God on the blades and base as a finishing touch, applied as you see fit
