1. Use Astrogranite to fill in holes/create damage
2. Spray Base with Leadbelcher
3. Wash base with Vallejo's Rust Texture
4. Drybrush base with Ironbreaker
5. Paint any brass piping/etc with Victorian Brass
6. Paint any dirt/debris with watered-down Dawnstone
7. Wash copper and grey with Basilicanum Grey
8. Highlight indiv. wires/etc with FX Fluor paints - Red Ecstasy and Electric Blue
9. Add puddles/grime with Nurgles Rot
10. AK interactve puddle FX
