1. Paint the model and the base separately
2. Model sprayed with Steelforge Silver
3. Plates painted first with Black Legion then Dark Sea Blue drybrush up with Anthracite Grey adding in Pastel Blue as needed.
4. For the trim use Runelord Brass
5. Metals get an aggressive watch with something grimy like Agrax Earthshade
6. Energy glows will be painted white and then Fluorescent Orange and highlighted with Fluorescent Yellow
7. Red eyes are some sort of Silver to brighten it up and then Spiritstone Red gem paint (can be done with just a nice red and gloss varnish over)
