Basing Preparation
- Apply Astrogranite to the base.
Zenithal Prime
- Coat with Abaddon Black using an airbrush.
- Coat with Grey Seer using an airbrush from above at roughly 45° from the zenith.
- Drybrush with White Scar , lightly over the darker areas and non on the pure black areas.
Skin
- Coat all skin areas with Gutrippa Flesh , avoiding the areas that are completely black. Blend out the paint into the black areas, using water, as to not stain the recesses of the shadows.
- Coat all skin areas other than the underbelly and pure black areas with Militarum Green .
- Coat the hardest areas of the back with Creed Camo .
- Wash all skin with Athonian Camoshade , using the paint to further blend the skin with the shadows.
- Coat all boils with Nazdreg Yellow .
Nails
- Coat with Ratling Grime .
Base & Stone
- Coat stone areas with Basilicanum Grey .
- Lightly drybrush raised edges with Dawnstone , avoiding the shadows.
- Further lightly drybrush raised edges with Administratum Grey , avoiding the shadows.
Wood
- Coat with Wyldwood .
Cloth
- Coat with Garaghak's Sewer .
Parchment
- Coat with Skeleton Horde .
Bones
- Coat with Skeleton Horde , three times.
Tubing
- Coat with Black Templar .
Rusted Metal
- Coat with Black Templar .
- Cover with Typhus Corrosion .
- Coat with Gryph-hound Orange .
- Drybrush with Ryza Rust .
Bells
- Coat with Garaghak's Sewer .
- Patchily coat with Screaming Bell .
- Drybrush surface with Hashut Copper .
- Wash with Agrax Earthshade .
- Apply Nihilakh Oxide patchily to recesses.
Eyes
- Basecoat with White Scar .
- Coat with Fluorescent Red , 2-3 times, or until completely covered.
