  1. Prime the backpiece with Retributor Armour and the main figure with a dark brown, like Hyrax Brown

Backpiece

  1. Coat the entire backpiece heavily with Nihilakh Oxide
  2. Drybrush with Emperor Gold

Main Body

  1. Sponge Sunburst Ochre , followed by Ivory White over the entirety of the fabric
  2. Leaving the scrolls Ivory White , tint the rest of the fabrics with Voodoo Shade and Grimdark Shadow
  3. Coat all the metallics with Vallejo Rust Texture, then give them a light drybrush with Thrash Metal
  4. Coat all the leather areas with Banshee Brown
  5. I painted the tabard with Moonbeam Yellow , then tinted it with Seraphim Sepia . But tbh might change down the line, not sure about the yellow.
  6. Eyes were Matt White then AP Vineroot Shade

Basing

  1. Basing was just Vallejo European mud, with some AP wire/etc mixed in. Base rim in Ironclad Grey . Bit of Vallejo Dark Slate Grey pigment powder, followed by a liquitex matte varnish spray can
