- Prime with Black
- Basecoat ship with Luftwaffe Uniform WWII
- Basecoat decks with Light Grey
- Basecoat lifeboats with Offwhite
- Basecoat top of funnels with Rubber Black
- Wash all over with Nuln Oil
- Highlight decks with Light Grey
- Highlight ship with Luftwaffe Uniform WWII then Field Blue then Grey Blue
- Highlight lifeboats with Offwhite then White
- Highlight funnels with Rubber Black then Basalt Grey
- Paint base with Ocean Blue and while wet mix in Aquatic Turquoise in random patterns
- Paint edges of base with Ocean Blue
- Cover base with AK Water Gell Pacific Blue (AK8004) Let dry for 1-2 minutes before using a brush to loosely shape the wake and waves
- Paint top of wake/waves with AK Water Foam (AK8036) and add foam breaking on the bow of the ship
