2. Air base Gun Metal with 1:1 medium.
3. Air layer Ratling Grime with 0 medium. blending to create age
4. Air layer Rough Iron @ 1:2 medium
5. Air layer Warplock Bronze 1:1 medium. Use to give directional metalic light from one angle
6. Brush layer Ratling Grime liberally onto deeper panels
7. Use Grim Black marker on deeper or partially hidden parts
8. Brush Death Metal onto bullet brass and some small components
9. Brush Environment WeatheringFX for base corrosion where appropriate

DETAILS

1. Lightly brush Broadsword Silver onto all welding points, rivets and support frames. Dab away excess if needed
2. Wash Nuln Oil over the the above
3. Detail brush Gun Metal onto bullet tips, banner frame and details as needed.
4. Detail brush Oil Stains at moving parts and surrounding grease zones

1. Air base Abyssal Blue to decorative panels

Heat Bloom

For the primary gun

1. Should already be bronzed metallic, but pen on a quick layer of Grim Black

BASING

Aiming for a "broken rock earth" of war torn armageddon.

1. Prime in Raven Black
2. Brush on 2 layers of Martian Ironearth
3. Brush Brigadine Brown over base
4. Use Green Stuff putty to make create ground formation & to cover plastic moulding
5. Spread just over half with Mordant Earth then later on Martian Ironcrust into a fade
6. Airbrush Brigadine Brown @ 1:1 thinner
7. Rip up cork sheets to create core of rocks. Glue together.
8. Stick in any kitbash decorating parts
9. Brush on Martian Ironearth and then lightly apply Martian Ironcrust to smooth putty patches.
10. Use Green Stuff putty to blend together as needed to get desired look.
11. Coat cork rocks in Ratling Grime and touch up with Grim Black marker pen.
