A set of different paint schemes that I want to experiment with before settling on the scheme for my Necrons

Black with orange glow

1. Spray prime with Chaos Black
2. Metal parts - Leadbelcher overbrush, Nuln Oil wash, Necron Compound drybrush
3. Black parts - Edge highlight with Troll Slayer Orange
4. Glowy bits - Some of them like the eyes were Troll Slayer Orange , followed by multiple glazes of Flash Gitz Yellow heavily diluted with Lahmian Medium . Others, like the energy tubes and cryptek weapon, were painted Flash Gitz Yellow , then glazed many times with Magmadroth Flame heavily diluted with Lahmian Medium . For this technique, each glaze covers an area that's a bit smaller than the last, to create the illusion of blending. I did not do any wet blending. I suck at wet blending.
5. Masks - Administratum Grey with a Drakenhof Nightshade wash
6. Rubble - Mechanicus Standard Grey , Nuln Oil wash, Administratum Grey drybrush

White - possibly with red glow
