Painting Star Wars Empire - Scout troopers, Storm troopers, Snow Trooper etc.. (trying to get the colours exactly like the movies)

How to Prep the model

  1. Prime with Corax White
  2. Apply Contrast Apothecary White
  3. Apply thin coat of Nuln Oil
  4. Drybrush evertyhing with Corax White

How to paint te armour, shoes and head

  1. Apply lines with Corax White and make correction where there was to much pooling
  2. Apply highlights with White Scar

How to paint the cloathing - option 1 - Black

  1. Apply Contrast Black Legion on the cloathing and eye socket and inner nose of the helmet (make corrections with Corax White )
  2. Mix Abaddon Black and Mechanicus Standard Grey , apply on the higher places of the cloathing
  3. Apply a highlight with Mechanicus Standard Grey on the highest places of the cloathing

How to paint the cloathing - Option 2 - off white (This is also for straps, bags, etc.. when you use option 1)

  1. Apply a shade with Seraphim Sepia
  2. Apply :Citadel/Wraithbone
  3. Mix Wraithbone and Pallid Wych Flesh and apply it on the higher places of the cloathing
  4. Apply a highlights with Pallid Wych Flesh on the highest places of the cloathing

Snow troopers extra's

  1. Apply Mechanicus Standard Grey on the belt and on other grey area's
  2. Apply Nuln Oil on the belt and on other grey area's
  3. Highlight with Leadbelcher on the belt and on other grey area's
  4. On the belt button apply Leadbelcher
  5. On the belt button apply Nuln Oil
  6. Other markings, lite buttonsor rankingbuttons - Apply Mephiston Red and/or Macragge Blue (random - or just like the rankings)

How to paint the weapons

  1. Apply Contrast Black Legion
  2. Mix Abaddon Black and Leadbelcher , apply it on the higher places of the weapon
  3. Apply a highlight with Leadbelcher on the highest places of the weapon
  4. Apply Nuln Oil on the weapons

How paint the base (forest/jungle/park)

  1. Apply Vallejo Earth Texture brown paint
  2. Apply Contrast Cygor Brown wholly on the base
  3. Drybrush the base with Gorthor Brown
  4. glue/apply any bushes to your liking (Fall, summer, spring, winter)
