- Base coat in Mechanicus Standard Grey
- (Optional) Base raised areas with Rakarth Flesh
- Drybrush all over with Dawnstone
- Drybrush all over with Administratum Grey
- Wash entire model with Agrax Earthshade
- Wash the lower part of the model with Athonian Camoshade
- Drybrush the upper areas with Ushabti Bone
