Priming
- Prime using Vallejo Black Surface Primer
- Make a Zenithal highlight using Tamiya Flat White (thinned using Tamiya thinners)
- I've chosen to do 3 sub assemblies: the base, the head and the body
Cloak
- Base coat the cloak using   Baharroth Blue  
- Create a 1:4 parts glaze using   Gauss Blaster Green  and water. You want this very very thin. 
- Paint the glaze over the   Baharroth Blue  starting two thirds of the way up the cloak, leaving   Baharroth Blue  on the shoulders
- Keep painting the glaze going further and further down the cloak with each pass. This will ensure a smooth transition and a nice opaque coat of the   Gauss Blaster Green  on the bottom third of the cloak.
- Glaze in some shadows using a 3:1 mix of   Baharroth Blue  and   Corvus Black  
- For the inside of the cloak, use   Wraithbone  (keeping the mini off the base will enable easy access to the inside of the cloak.
Armour and Boots
- Base the armour using   Corvus Black  
- Highlight using   Eshin Grey  
- Highlight using   Skavenblight Dinge 
Leather
- Base using   Mournfang Brown  
Runes and Trim
- Base the runes using   Retributor Armour  
- Coat this with   Reikland Fleshshade  
- Build the base back up slightly using   Retributor Armour
