Basic speed-painting recipe for small scale cold war Soviet armour.

Armour

1. Airbrush prime with Black
2. Basecoat with Russian Green
3. Wash all over with Nuln Oil
4. Drybrush with Russian Green
5. Light drybrush edges and details with Faded Green

Tracks

1. Basecoat tracks with Mud Brown
2. Wash tracks with Agrax Earthshade
3. Drybrush tracks with Green-Brown

Optional

1. Basecoat weapons with Anthracite Grey
2. Wash weapons with (Optional) Nuln Oil

Base

Bases were done by basecoating in Grim Brown , then texturing with AK Dark Earth wargame Terrain Texture paint. Wash with Agrax Earthshade , then drybrush with Green-Brown . Flock was applied with thinned white glue and covered in Woodland Scenics Blended Turf (Earth Blend), with patches of Light Green Coarse Turf.
