- Prime Hyrax Brown
- Coat entire model in AK Environments Rust Texture
- Drybrush Thrash Metal , then Heavy Metal
- Tint all bronze panels with Nazdreg Yellow , followed by Reikland Fleshshade
- Block in black parts with Black , and to-be-striped areas with Averland Sunset . Apply any transfers you need to.
- Mask yellow areas and stipple Black to make the stripes. Interchange the colours to add scratching, as well as some Reikland Fleshshade to the yellow.
- Apply Vallejo Brown Iron Oxide pigment powder to the lower areas/etc. Seal with a matte varnish - I used an aersol liquitex varnish.
