How to make a weapon look like its been covered in blood
First paint your figure and the weapon you want for the blood effect
Then mix 2 part Blood Angels Red and 1 part White Scar 
Then brush a little bit of it along the edge of the weapon you are painting
After that dab at the paint with a paper towel you may have to repeat it a few times to get it right
