2. Base coat the robe and shield in Black

Cloth

1. Dry brush heavily with Eshin Grey
2. Dry brush again more lightly with Dawnstone

To gain time when batch painting, base coat the metallics now so you can wash everything at once (see Metallics further down).

1. Wash with Nuln Oil
2. Highlight with thin lines of Dawnstone along edges and folds

Metallics

1. Base coat the blade and shield trim with Leadbelcher
2. Wash with Nuln Oil
3. Highlight along the edges and paint some thin scratches with Ironbreaker

Skin

1. Base coat with Waaagh! Flesh
2. Layer with Warboss Green and keep shadows in recesses
3. Highlight with a mix of 2/1 Warboss Green and Kislev Flesh

Wood, leather and ropes

1. Base coat the spear shaft and leather details like pouches with Mournfang Brown

To gain time while batch painting, base coat the ground now too (see Base further down)

1. Base coat the ropes (spear and belt) with Earth

1. Wash with Agrax Earthshade
2. Paint wood grain and highlight ropes with Earth
3. Highlight leather with Skrag Brown

Moon

1. Base coat with Earth
2. Layer with a 1/1 mix of Earth and Yriel Yellow
3. Edge highligh with Yriel Yellow
4. Dot highlight with a 1/1 mix of Yriel Yellow and Screaming Skull

Eyes

1. Base coat with Gal Vorbak Red
2. Layer with Evil Sunz Scarlet
3. Highlight with Troll Slayer Orange

Mouth

1. Base coat the teeth and gums with Screaming Skull but keep the inside of the mouth black
2. Wash with Reikland Fleshshade
3. Highlight the teeth with Screaming Skull

Base

1. Base coat the ground with Mournfang Brown
2. Apply Armageddon Dust and Agrellan Earth textures
3. Lightly dry brush with Screaming Skull
4. Wash the Armageddon Dust texture with Seraphim Sepia
5. Paint the trim in Earth
