- Prime model using any black primer
- Coat whole model in Black to ensure color match. Abaddon Black is also acceptable
- Undercoat all blue parts of model using Medium Blue . Follow up with coat of Temple Guard Blue
- Coat all silver/iron/steel metallics with Leadbelcher or Gunmetal Grey
- Coat all bronze and brass with Bronze or Scale75 Decayed Metal
- Coat parchment with Rakarth Flesh and wax with Mephiston Red followed by Sanguine Highlight . Pouches should be coated with Saddle Brown and other leather with Rhinox Hide . Clothe should be coated with Naggaroth Night or color which seems appropriate. Skulls should be coated with Pale Sand or Zandri Dust
- Once base coating is complete cover with gloss varnish through an airbrush
